Owners & Operators, Husband & Wife, Drew Laden & Kathryn Holsten, have been cultivating our restaurant dream over many years in the food industry. We & our team are proud to bring you our spin on what we believe is the best bbq and deli sandwiches in town. We smoke all of our meats, from our brisket, pulled pork & wings, to pastrami, deli ham & turkey, on locally-crafted Hasty Bake Smokers. We proudly use KC-based, award-winning rubs and sauces from Burnt Finger BBQ. In addition to our BBQ and Sandwiches, we serve classic deli sides, gourmet salads and more. Nomad has a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff and funky, groovy music. Wander on in & prepare to have a delicious time!
